探讨护理干预对糖尿病低血糖相关危险因素的临床效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析糖尿病患者低血糖的相关危险因素,对护理干预的影响情况进行探讨。方法 2015年9月—2016年8月该院对糖尿病低血糖患者90例进行了分析研究,将患者分成了对照组和观察组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组除了常规护理还是用了综合护理,对两组的临床护理效果进行对比分析。结果经过治疗,观察组有3例患者的低血糖症状复发,复发率是6.7%,对照组中有8例患者的低血糖复发,复发率是17.8%,观察组患者的复发率要比对照组患者低,两组的结果对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病低血糖患者接受综合护理的效果比常规护理优秀,患者的血糖水平受控理想,低血糖的复发率下降,临床中应该进行推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of nursing intervention on the related risk factors of hypoglycemia in diabetes. Methods 90 cases of patients with hypoglycemia in diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from September 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into two groups, the control group used the routine nursing, while the observation group used the comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group, and the clinical nursing effect was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the hypoglycemia symptoms of 3 eases in the observation group reoccurred, and the reoccurrence rate was 6.7%, in the control group, the hypoglycemia symptoms of 8 eases in the control group reoccurred, and the recurrence rate was 17.8%, and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with hypoglycemia in diabetes is better than that of routine nursing, and the blood glucose level of patients has an ideal control, and the recurrence rate of hypoglycemia decreases, and it is worth promotion and application in clinic.
