摘 要:为了研究复杂薄壁铝合金壳体铸件的倾转铸造工艺的可行性,设计了工艺方案并采用数值模拟方法模拟了倾转铸造过程的充型与凝固过程。结果表明,采用倾转铸造工艺金属液能平稳地进行充型,且表面缺陷主要集中在冒口中;铸件按照顺序凝固方式进行,冒口能够有效发挥补缩作用,收缩类缺陷都留在冒口中,从而证实了该工艺方案的可行性。In order to study the feasibility of the tilt casting process for the complex thin-walled aluminum alloy shell castings, the process scheme has been designed and the filling as well as solidification process of the tilt casting process have been simulated by numerical simulation. The results show that the metal liquid can be smoothly filled by the tilt casting process, and the surface defects have been mainly concentrated in the riser. The castings have been carried out according to the sequential solidification method, and the riser can effectively play the feeding effect; besides, the shrinkage defects have been left in the riser. Thus in this way, the feasibility of the process plan has been proved.
