摘  要:针对催化裂化装置烟气湿法脱硫产生的含催化剂泥水,研究开发了"络合强化混凝与叠式挤压脱水相结合"的工艺和0.5 m^3/h废水处理中试装置,通过实验和现场试验,优选络合剂、絮凝剂配方和加入量,保证了叠螺机出泥含水率降到50%左右,泥饼可以直接装袋外运。该装置投资小,操作简单,运行稳定,占地面积小,可采用撬装结构,实现全自动化操作。In order to deal with the catalyst-containing wastewater from wet flue gas desulfurization in FCCU, a combined process of "enhanced complexing coagulation and superimposed extrusion dehydration" and a pilot device of 0.5 m^3/h wastewater treatment have been developed based on the characteristics of the wastewater. The formula of the complexing agent and flocculating agent and their adding quantity are optimized by the pilot and field experiments. As a result, the water content of the sludge pressed through multi-disk screw dewatering machine con be reduced to 50%, and the mud coke can be shipped out directly in the bag. The device has the advantages of small investment, simple and reliable operation, and small land occupation, and con be skid mounted with automatic control.
