摘　　要：某公司聚丙烯装置粉末干燥器已运行10多年,轴封泄漏频繁,严重制约装置的长周期运行。检查分析轴封泄漏的内在原因是设备在长期的运行过程中产生了轴下沉现象,造成填料函内圆与轴不同心,使得盘根填料无法起到密封作用。通过制作偏心填料函解决了粉末干燥器长期漏料的问题,经过3个月的试运行,能完全满足装置生产要求,达到了预期效果,同时也为今后解决同类问题提供了借鉴价值。The powder dryer in a polypropylene plant has been running for more than ten years, but with frequent shaft seal leakage, a serious constraint to long and stable operation. The internal cause of the shaft seal leakage is the shaft sinking phenomenon in the long running, which caused different heart between inner circle and shaft of stuffing box, and prevented sealing of packing filler. Adding an eccentric stuffing box can solve the chronic problem of powder dryer leakage. After three months of trial operation, it can completely meet operation requirements with desired results, providing a reference for solving the similar problem.
