摘　　要：在新建地方本科院校深化转型发展阶段,针对当前精细有机合成单元反应教学现状,本文从学习成果的确定、教学策略的实施和评估体系的构建等方面,探讨了成果导向教育(OBE)理念在精细有机合成单元反应教学中的应用。In the stage of deepening transformation and development in newly local established undergraduate universities, according to the current teaching situation of fine organic synthesis unit reaction, we discussed the application of outcomes -based education （OBE） idea in teaching of fine organic synthesis unit reaction, through the determination of learning outcomes, the implementation of teaching strategies and the construction of evaluation system in this paper.
