摘　　要：当今社会人才的创新能力是人才核心竞争力的体现,而应用能力则是人才创新能力的重要基础。本文讨论了应用型创新性人才综合素质的培养,重点围绕实践教学改革、师资培训等方面进行了探讨。结合本校特点,构建应用型创新性人才综合素质和创新能力的课程体系以及教学方法,研究和探索人才培养的途径,具有十分重要的理论价值和现实意义。The Innovation Ability of Talents is the Reflection of the Core Competence in Today＇s Society, And the application ability is the important foundation of talent innovation ability. Applying ability and innovative ability cultivation of talents were discussed. The focus was mainly on the status of experiment teaching reform and teacher training. It had an important theoretical and practical significance constructing course system and teaching method of applied talents comprehensive quality and innovation ability and researching and exploring the ways of training.
