摘 要:2017年8~9月,笔者选取海洋生物日本黄姑鱼,做了6种石化工业特征污染物对日本黄姑鱼的急性毒性试验。通过以上试验来评价毒物对日本黄姑鱼的毒性,为石化污染事故评价提供参考。对日本黄姑鱼急性毒性试验结果表明本试验毒物对日本黄姑鱼均为高毒,日本黄姑鱼对试验毒有较高的耐受性。乙基苯、甲苯、间二甲苯、对二甲苯、邻二甲苯和苯对日本黄姑鱼96h LC50值依次为35.7、75.7、43.1、41.5、41.7、138.4 mg/L,其安全浓度分别为0.36、0.76、0.43、0.41、0.42 mg/L和1.38 mg/L。毒性大小为乙基苯>对二甲苯>邻二甲苯>间二甲苯>甲苯>苯;日本黄姑鱼96h LC50与受试毒物KOW呈显著相关,受试毒物KOW越大,日本黄姑鱼96h LC50值越小,该毒物毒性越大。Fwm August to September 2017,the author selected the marine life Nibea japonica and made six acute toxicity tests of petrochemical industry characteristic pollutants on Nibea japonica. The above tests were used to evaluate the toxicity of the poisons on the Nibea japonica, and provide references for the evaluation of petrochemical pollution accidents. The results of the acute toxicity test of Nibea japonica showed that the poisons in this experiment were highly toxic to the Nibea japonica, and the Nibea japonica were highly tolerant to the test poisons. The 96h LC50 values of ethylbenzene, toluene, m - xylene, p - xylene, o - xylene, and benzene were 35.7,75.7 ,43.1,41.5 ,41.7,138.4 mg/L. The safe concentrations of mg/L and 138.4 mg/L were 0. 36 ,0. 76 ,0. 43 ,0. 41,0. 42,1. 38mg/L,respectively. The toxicities were ethylbenzene 〉 p - xylene 〉 o - xylene 〉 m - xylene 〉 toluene 〉 benzene. There was a significant correlation between the 96h LC50 and the toxicant KOW. The greater the KOW of the test poison,the smaller the 96h LC50 value of the Nibea japonica, and the greater the toxicity of the poison.
