摘  要:目的探讨降钙素原(PCT)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、中性粒细胞百分比(GRA%)和血培养联合检测在新生儿败血症诊断中的价值。方法选择2015年1月-2016年12月于我院就诊的60例新生儿败血症患儿作为研究组,同时选取同期的60例健康体检新生儿作为对照组。分析两组患者PCT、CRP、GRA%水平和血培养阳性率变化情况。结果研究组患者PCT、CRP、GRA%水平和血培养阳性率比对照组明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与缓解期比较,急性期新生儿败血症患者PCT、CRP、GRA%水平和血培养阳性率水平明显升高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与各单项检测比较,PCT、CRP、GRA%水平和血培养联合检测的敏感性、特异性、准确性、阳性预测值、阴性预测值均升高(P<0.05)。结论 PCT、CRP、GRA%和血培养可作为新生儿败血症患者的诊断标记物,三者联合检测可提高新生儿败血症的诊断效果。Objective To study the clinical value of procalcitonin( PCT),C-reactive Protein( CRP),neutrophilic granulocyte( GRA%) and blood culture in the diagnosis of neonatal septicemia. Methods Sixty cases of neonatal septicemia treated in our hospital between January 2015 and December 2016 were chosen as the study group while another 60 normal newborns served as the control group. The levels of PCT,CRP,GRA% and the positive rate of blood culture were evaluated in each group and their roles in the diagnosis of neonatal septicemia were explored. Results The levels of PCT,CRP,GRA% and the positive rate of blood culture in the study group were obviously higher than those of the normal control group( P〈0.05). The levels of PCT,CRP,GRA% and the positive rate of blood culture in the study group were significantly higher than in the mitigation period( P〈0.05).Conclusion PCT,CRP,GRA% and blood culture can be used as diagnostic indicators of neonatal septicemia. The joint detection of PCT,CRP,GRA% and blood culture can increase the diagnostic efficiency in neonatal septicemia.
