摘 要:针对目前地面探测设备保障业务建设的相对滞后,存在保障标准化、信息化、自动化程度低,缺少监督手段,各项规范、制度执行力差等现状,综合分析业务需求,结合现代电子技术、互联网技术,文章提出了一种基于专家库的地面气象探测设备远程技术支持系统设计方案。该系统由远程服务器程序和现场手持设备组成,二者通过无线网络进行远程数据交互,其中远程服务器程序以专家知识数据库、基础信息数据库、应用端测试测量信息数据库为核心,为用户提供共享资源和多种智能诊断方法。现场手持设备能够实现信号模拟、测量以及远程交互的功能。Due to the relative lag in current construction of ground detection equipment protection services, the existence of the phenomenon are a low level of ensuring standardization, information and automation; lack the means of supervisor; poor specifcation and implementation of the system. Comprehensive analysis of business needs, combined with modern electronic technologies, internet technologies, This paper proposes a design scheme for remote technical support system for ground meteorological detection equipment based on expert database. The system consists of remote server programs and on-site handheld devices, both remote data interactions over wireless networks. The remote server program is based on expert knowledge database、basic information database and application-side test and measurement information database. It provides users with shared resources and multiple intelligent diagnostic methods. Field handheld devices can perform signal simulation, measurement, and remote interaction functions.
