一盘珠汤结合锁骨钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨一盘珠汤结合锁骨钢板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床疗效。方法:采用随机抽签法选择2016年1月至2017年1月收治的锁骨中段骨折患者92例进行前瞻性对照研究,按照摸球法分为研究组(一盘珠汤+锁骨钢板内固定)与对照组(锁骨钢板内固定)。随访12个月,观察两组骨折愈合时间、肩关节功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05);术后6、12个月,两组Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分均较就诊时提升(P<0.05),且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组、对照组治疗优良率分别为97.83%、82.61%(P<0.05);研究组、对照组并发症发生率分别为0.00%、13.04%(P<0.05)。结论:锁骨中段骨折采用一盘珠汤联合锁骨钢板内固定治疗效果更佳。Objective: To study the clinical effect of Yi pan zhu tang soup combined with clavicular plate fixation for the treatment of clavicular fracture.Methods: Selected by random draw method in January 2016 to January 2017 in our hospital treated 92 cases of patients with fracture of clavicle middle prospectie case-control study,touch the ball in accordance with the law is divided into research group( Yi pan zhu tang + Collarbone steel plate internal fixation) and control group( Collarbone steel plate internal fixation).After 12 months of follow-up,two groups of fracture healing time,shoulder function recovery and complications were observed.Results: The fracture healing time of the study group was shorter than that in the control group( P<0.05);After 6 months and 12 months after surgery,the functional scores of the two groups of Constant-Murley shoulder joint were increased( P<0.05),and the group was higher than the control group( P< 0.05); The optimal rate of treatment in the study group and the control group was 97.83% and 82.61% respectively( P < 0.05); The incidence of complications in the study group and control group was 0.00% and 13.04%( P< 0.05).Conclusion: Clavicular fracture is a better treatment with the combination of Yi pan zhu tang and pearl and the internal fixation of the clavicular plate,it is worth promoting the application.
