摘  要:笔者以主晶相为β-硅灰石的CaO-Al_2O_3-SiO_2系微晶玻璃为研究对象,利用烧结法制备微晶玻璃。采用不同的晶化热处理制度,研究不同的核化温度和晶化温度对微晶玻璃的显微结构和性能的影响。主要测试了微晶玻璃的机械性能、显微形貌和X射线衍射分析、吸水率、密度以及酸碱度,通过对实验结果进行分析,确定其主晶相为硅灰石(CaSiO3),晶粒形貌为棒状、柱状,晶粒大小为0.2~0.3μm,晶相含量为35%~40%。笔者讨论了不同因素对微晶玻璃性能的影响,得出如何提高微晶玻璃的抗弯强度、密度、耐酸碱度及硬度等性能。In this paper, the subject takes the CaO-A1203-SiO2 system glass-ceramics of whose main crystallization phase is β-wollastonitc as the object of study, prepares the glass ceramics by sintering. Uses the different crystallization heat treatment system, studies the influence of different coring temperature and the crystallization temperature on the glass ceramicsmicrostructurc and the performance. The glassceramics mechanics performance, the micro appearance and the power spectrum analysis, and XRD, the water absorption, the density as well as the potential of hydrogen are mainly tested. Through carries on the analysis to the experimental result, The result s show that dominant crystalline phase is wollastonite (CaSiO3), and the shape of the wollastonitc crystals isncadlclike and their sizes arc. 0.2~0.3μm, as well as the content of the crystals is within 35%~40%. Discusses the influence of different factors on the properties of glass-ccram-ics was discussed andt how to improve the bending strength and density of high pH and hardness properties of glass-ce-ramics.
