摘　　要：2018年5月,国际肝移植协会年会在葡萄牙首都里斯本举行,来自世界各地的专家汇聚一堂,分享了肝移植领域的经验及进展。机械灌注相关内容格外受人瞩目,连续3年入选"Rising Star"部分,且相关主题大会论文投稿数量逐年增加。本文汇总此次年会机械灌注内容,从机械灌注保存修复边缘供肝、供肝质量评估、体外干预治疗及基础研究四个方面详细介绍其进展及应用。The 2018 Joint International Congress of International Liver Transplantation Society （ILTS）, The European Liver and Intestine Transplant Association （ELITA） and The Liver Intensive Care Group of Europe （LICAGE） were held in Lisbon, Portugal in May 2018. The experts from all over the world shared their experiences on liver transplantation. Machine perfusion is an attractive topic, the content of which increases every year. This editorial highlights the most innovative and impactful presentations in machine perfusion, containing liver graft preservation, graft quality evaluation, ex- situ intervention and basic research.
