摘  要:以模拟太阳光的氙灯为光源进行光催化氧化试验,分析在氙灯下CdS/TiO_2/ACFs复合半导体对活性艳红X-3B染料废水的处理效果。采用自制活性艳红X-3B溶液模拟染料废水,分别考察了反应时间、CdS/TiO_2配比、催化剂投加量等各单因素对染料废水处理效果的影响。氙灯照射下,CdS/TiO_2/ACFs复合半导体对色度为255倍、COD为478 mg/L的活性艳红X-3B染料废水,脱色率可达98%,COD去除率可达86%。The treatment effect of CdS/TiO 2/ACFs composite semiconductor on reactive brilliant red X-3B dye wastewater was analyzed with light source of xenon lamp as simulated sunlight. The prepared reactive brilliant red X-3B solution was used to simulate dye wastewater, and the effect of single factor such as reaction time, CdS/TiO 2 ratio and catalyst dosage was investigated. Under the irradiation of xenon lamp, the CdS/TiO 2/ACFs composite semiconductor achieved a decolorization rate of 98%, COD removal rate of 86% for reactive brilliant red x-3B dye wastewater which had 255 times the chromaticity and 478 mg/L COD.
