摘 要:通过测试6种纤维素纤维织物经堆肥降解处理前后质量降解率、分子结构、力学性能与热学性能对纤维素纤维织物的降解性能进行表征。研究表明,经堆肥降解处理后,6种纤维的质量、晶粒尺寸、结晶度、取向指数、力学性能与热学性能均有不同程度的下降,但各种纤维素纤维降解前后的纤维晶须结构不变。该研究验证了堆肥处理对纤维素纤维具有很好的降解作用,且在堆肥温度、pH、堆肥方法相同的条件下,纤维素堆肥降解程度与纤维素结晶度呈正相关。Quality degradation rate, molecular structure, mechanical properties and thermal properties of 6 kinds of cellulose fiber fabricstreated by composting before and after treated by composting were tested to study the degradation properties of cellulose fibers treated by composting. Testing results showed that quality, grain size, crystallinity and orientation, mechanical properties and thermal properties of 6 kinds of cellulose fibers were all decreased after composting treatment, while molecular structure remains the same as before composting treatment. Researches was verified that degradation rate of cellulose fibers treated by composting was presented positive correlation with cellulose fibers crystallinities under the condition of same composting temperature, pH, compost method and so on which was illustrated that composting treatment has good degradation effects for cellulose fibers degradation.
