摘 要:依据高效三相异步电动机能效测试B法要求,详述检测程序、注意事项,并根据B法建立了不确定度评定模型,利用具体产品检测数据对本系统进行了不确定度计算。采用GB/T 1032-2012 《三相异步电动机试验方法》中B法检测并评定电机能效其不确定度低,对准确检测节能高效电动机效率和电机设计改造提供参考。According to the requirement of high efficiency three-phase asynchronous motor energy efficiency test B method, the testing procedure and attention are detailed, and the uncertainty evaluation model is established according to the B-method, and the uncertainty is calculated by using the specific product detection data. By using GB/T 1032-2012 " Three-phase asynchronous motor test method" B method to detect and assess the low uncertainty of motor energy efficiency, it provides a reference for accurately detecting the efficiency of energy-efficient high-efficiency motors and the design and transformation of motors.
