摘 要:以Incites和ESI数据库作为数据源,对金砖五国在2007-2016年10年间的科研发展趋势进行比较,从"科研生产力""科研影响力""科研创新力""科研发展力"和"科研合作力"五个方面比较分析金砖五国的"科研竞争力".研究表明,金砖五国在论文数量、质量上均有所提高,吸引国际合作能力不断增强,呈现出良好的发展势头,但五国科研生产力增长的幅度远高于另外四个指标的增长幅度,在科研影响力、创新力和发展力方面与国际先进水平存在差距.此外,五国之间在科研影响力、科研创新力、科研发展力和科研合作力方面也差异明显.五国之间科研竞争力及其各指标的排名情况,能够为各国科研政策的制定和五国之间的科研合作提供参考.Using the bibliometric analysis of 10 years data from the Incite and ESI data bases, this paper ranks the Research Competitiveness of BRICS from five indicators, namely Research Production, Research Influence, Research Creativity, Research Development, and International Research Cooperation. The results show that the Research Competitiveness of BRICS has maintained good momentum of development with the increase and improvement of article quantity and quality and the capacity of International Cooperation enhanced. However, there is a unbalanced development of the five indicators, as the growth rate of the indicator of Research Productivity is much faster than those of the rest four, and the Research Influence, Research Creativity and Research Development significantly left be hind comparing to the international advanced level. Additionally, there are obvious gaps among the five nations in terms of the Research Influence, Research Creativity, Research Development and international Research Cooperation. The Research Competitiveness and its ranking of the BRICS have an implication for each country s scientific research policy development and the research cooperation among BRICS.
