摘　　要：农村公共投资作为激发农村内生动力,对接城市外生助力,进而推进城乡经济一体化的重要政策工具,主要通过增加农村物质资本、人力资本,提高农村资源配置效率等方式来实现城乡间生产以及生活的统筹发展。基于此作用逻辑以及潜在结构问题的引导,提出农村公共投资促进城乡经济一体化发展的结构性假设,进一步借助主观指标体系以及结构方程对该假设展开实证分析。结果显示,不同结构的公共投资确实会带来不一样的经济一体化效果。以基础设施、医疗卫生以及科技服务为主要构成的公共投资对城乡生产的融合有着积极的促进作用,城乡生产的融合则能进一步缩小城乡在生活消费领域的差距。Rural public investment is an important policy instrument to stimulate rural areas＇ endogenous impetus, dock to exogenous impetus from urban areas, and promote urban rural economic integration, it gives play to its function of realizing urban-rural coordinated development in production and livelihood by increasing rural material and human capitals and improving rural resources allocation efficiency. Guided by this logic and taking into consideration some underlying structural problems, this paper puts forward a structural assumption to promote urban rural economic integration by virtue of rural public investment, and makes an empirical analysis of the assumption with the help of subjective indicators and structural equation. Results show that： different structures of public investment have different impacts on the economic integration; the public investment with infrastructure, health care and science and technology service as its main components, plays an active role in promoting urban-rural production integration, and the production integration can further narrow the gap between urban and rural areas in living consumption.
