生态猪养殖:一种产业化扶贫新思路——以湖北随州构树生态猪养殖及产业化扶贫为例

摘　　要：近年来,畜牧业在精准扶贫过程中发挥着巨大作用:有效利用了贫困地区的资源优势,发展特色产业,增加农民收入,实现脱贫致富。华中农业大学"生态猪养殖及产业化扶贫"科技团队根据近几年来的扶贫实践,总结出贫困地区生猪产业扶贫的有效模式:顺应市场、因地制宜,构建"构树生态猪"全产业链扶贫路线;建立"公司+科技+扶贫户(合作社)"合作模式、"互联网+畜牧业+扶贫"服务体系、"种、养、加、销、游"一体化产业链等;完善政府、企业、高校、农户等多方合作联结机制,保障畜牧产业扶贫有效开展。通过产、学、研合作与实践,为科技助力精准扶贫,畜牧产业兴农脱贫,做出了有益探索,从而进一步推动后期扶贫工作的开展,确保产业扶贫的可持续性发展。In recent years, animal husbandry has played a significant role in targeted poverty alleviation： it has made the best of poverty areas＇ resource advantages to develop characteristic industries, increase peasants＇ income, and achieve poverty alleviation. Based on poverty alleviation practice in recent years, the science and technology team of ＂Eco Pig Breeding and Industrial Poverty Alleviation＂ of Huazhong Agricultural University has summed up an effective way to carry out poverty alleviation through pig breeding in poverty areas： adapting to market changes, adjusting measures to local conditions, and designing a poverty alleviation roadmap for the industrial chain of ＂cco-pig breeding with papcr mulberry＂; establishing the ＂company ＋ science ＆ technology ＋ poor households （cooperatives）＂ cooperative mode, the ＂Internet ＋ animal husbandry ＋ poverty alleviation＂ service system, the ＂planting ＋ animal husbandry ＋ processing ＋ selling ＋ tourism＂ integrated industrial chain and so on; improving the multiparty cooperation mechanism of government, enterprises, universities and peasants to ensure the effective implementation of. poverty alleviation through animal husbandry. Such cooperation and practice of ＂industry university-research＂ has made uscful explorations for targeted poverty alleviation through science and technology and animal husbandry, which further promotes the povorty alleviation work in the late stage and ensures the sustainable development of industrial poverty alleviation.
