摘　　要：本文提出将双创教育与人才培养相结合,加强培养大学生的创新精神与创业素养,创建创新高校人才培养模式,将科研、人才培养与社会服务有机衔接起来,实现能力与素质的提升,从而全面提升人才培养的综合水平。This paper proposes that we should integrate double education and personnel training to strengthen the cultivation of innovative spirit and entrepreneurial accomplishment of college students and create a new mode of training qualified personnel in colleges and universities. We will combine scientific research and personnel training with social services so as to achieve the enhancement of our ability and quality so that we can comprehensively improve the overall level of personnel training.
