家兔尿生成影响因素实验技术的改进

摘　　要："家兔尿生成的影响因素"实验是目前大部分医学院校开展的实验项目,实验中尿流量的收集为关键操作,也是实验成败的重要步骤。目前大多数医学院校中尿液的收集通常采用外科手术操作,膀胱埋置蕈状管后采集尿液的方法,但此方法普遍存在创伤面积大,容易导致家兔血尿产生和出现,也会增加学生操作实验步骤难度、手术时间较长以及和临床导尿术严重脱节的现象。我们教研室采用导尿管插入膀胱的方法代替直接膀胱插管法收集尿液,对比发现本方法省时、省力,能有效避免家兔手术出血,便于学生操作,实验中家兔尿液更容易取得,也更加接近临床的操作,实验取得不错的效果。The experiment of influencing factors of rabbit urine generation is an experiment project carried out in most medical schools. The collection of urine flow is the key step in experiment. At present, most medical schools in urine collected usually by surgical operation,bladder buried urine collection tube method after mushroom,but this method exists the trauma area,easily lead to hematuria and rabbits,will also increase the students＇ operation procedure difficult, serious disconnection and longer operative time and clinical catheterization the phenomenon of. Our lab at present using the catheter inserted into the bladder instead of bladder intubation to collect urine,found that this method saves time and labor,can effectively avoid the rabbit bleeding,which is convenient for students to operate,the more easy to get a rabbit urine,but also closer to clinical operation,the experiment achieved good results.
