摘　　要：伴随着现代医学的高速发展和进步,住院医师规范化培训工作成为了基础流程,它不仅仅是培养合格检验医师的重要路径,也是促进医学检验工作发展的基本手段,因此,要强化培训计划和具体流程,建构更加系统化的管理机制。本文从培训计划、培训制度和培训内容三方面对检验科医师规范化培训的现状进行了简要分析,并集中阐释了运行过程中存在的问题和对策,以供参考。With the rapid development and progress of modern medicine,the standardized training of residents has become the basic process.It is not only an important path to develop a qualified laboratory physician,but also the basic means to promote the development of medical laboratory work.Therefore,we must strengthen the training program and Specific processes to build a more systematic management mechanism.This article briefly analyzes the status quo of standardized training of laboratory physicians from the aspects of training plan,training system and training contents,and concentrates on the problems and countermeasures in the running process for reference.
