德国“卓越计划一期”评析

摘　　要：2006年德国开始总共为期11年的卓越计划,2017年"卓越计划一期"进入尾声。本文介绍卓越计划的主要内容,以及重点通过德国高校的世界排名、科研产出的效果以及引起德国高校的分层来对德国卓越计划进行评析,并对"卓越计划二期"进行展望。In 2006,Germany began a total of 11 years of outstanding plan,and the ＂first phase of excellence＂ in 2017 came to an end. This paper introduces the main contents of the excellent plan,and focuses on the evaluation of the German excellent plan through the world ranking of German universities,the effect of scientific research output and the stratification of German universities,and looks forward to the two phase of excellent plan.
