摘 要:以黄铜为基体,使用电铸的方法制备了镍-磷电铸层。采用单因素试验方法,研究了电流密度、H_3PO_3的质量浓度、pH值对电铸层中磷的质量分数的影响。结果表明:随着电流密度和pH值的减小、H_3PO_3的质量浓度的增加,电铸层中磷的质量分数逐渐增大。Electroformed Ni P coatings were prepared on brass substrate by electroforming Through single factor experiments, the influences of current density, mass concentration of H3P03 and pH value on the mass fraction of phosphorus in electroformed coatings were studied. Results showed that as current density and pH value decreased and mass concentration of H3P03increased, the mass fraction of phosphorus in electroformed coatings was gradually increased.
