摘  要:通过扫描电镜、能谱仪、孔隙率测试和万能材料拉伸试验机对改进的瓦特镀液体系制备的多孔镍层的形貌、成分、孔隙率和压缩性能进行了研究,确定了改进的瓦特镀液配方及工艺条件。结果表明:制备的多孔镍层的孔隙是五边形窗体所组成的空间十二面体结构单元在三维空间的拓扑分布,多孔镍层表面平整、光洁,孔隙率为85%~90%,成分为纯镍。最优配方制备的多孔镍层的抗压强度为1.74MPa,弹性模量为0.054GPa。The morphology, composition, porosity and compression property of porous nickel coatings prepared in modified Watts bath were studied by means of scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive spectroscopy, porosity test and universal material testing machine, and the formula of modified Watts bath and process conditions were determined. Results showed that the pore structure of porous nickel coating was made up of pentagon form and the topological distribution of twelve dimensional structure elements in three dimensional space. Porous nickel coating shows smooth flat surface, its porosity was 85%-90%and component was pure nickel. The compressive strength and elastic modulus of the porous nickel coating prepared with the optimal formula were 1.74 MPa and 0. 054 GPa, respectively.
