摘　　要：大型精密仪器在实验教学和科研中的地位越来越高,然而,大型精密仪器在使用过程中仍存在开放度低,实验室技术管理人员的水平有限以及仪器后期维修费用高等问题。故提出通过规范仪器使用章程、提高仪器开放度,加强仪器管理人员的管理水平和素质,提供仪器有偿使用等措施,从而保障大型仪器的正常使用,满足教学和科研需求。s The management of precision instruments is becoming increasingly important in the teaching andresearch process.However,there are still several problems.For instance,the openness of precision instruments is far fromenough.The lab technicians do not have enough knowledge and skills.Last but not least,the maintenance cost ofprecision instruments is rather high.Therefore,in order to guarantee the correct use of precision instruments we havecome up with several advices in this paper,including normalize the regulations,increasing the openness,improving themanagement and technical levels of lab technicians and so on.
