本科石油学子在石油寒冬期出现的问题与应对措施

摘　　要：在石油寒冬期,石油行业的不景气导致石油企业的用人需求减少,石油相关专业学生会出现找工作难的普遍问题。正是因为就业压力,石油学生在本科学习生活中容易出现学风散漫、悲观失望的状况。这对石油学子自身的发展以及石油类学科的发展都是不利的。但是,目前很多高校的石油相关专业并没有制定出相关的应对措施。因此,本文分析了石油相关专业本科生在石油寒冬期出现的问题,探讨了高校在石油类本科教育方面的应对措施,重点提出了教育模式改革以及专业教师引导时应当采取的策略。During the Cold Winter of Petroleum,the oil industry downturn has led to a decline in demand foremployment of oil companies. Petroleum related majors have found common problems in finding jobs. Because of thepressure of employment,the undergraduate petroleum students have appeared the situation of pessimism anddisappointment. This is detrimental to the development of the petroleum students themselves and the development ofthe petroleum disciplines. However,the current petroleum related majors in many colleges and universities have notformulated relevant countermeasures. Therefore,in this paper,we analyze the problems of undergraduates in petroleumrelated majors during the Cold Winter of Petroleum,and investigate the countermeasures for the undergraduateeducation in the universities,focusing on the reform of educational mode and the strategies that should be taken in theguidance of professional teachers.
