摘　　要：基于目前大学生实践操作能力以及创新思维薄弱的现状,通过创建开放实验平台,组建实验平台师资队伍,面向在校大学生开展创新性设计性实验项目。以期培养大学生实践动手能力、团队协作精神以及基本科研素养,同时推动实验室自身建设,促进教师科研能力的提升,深化实验教学改革,达到师生双赢的目的。Based on the current situation of college students＇ practical operation ability and weak creative thinking,through the establishment of an open experimental platform,the teaching staff of the experimental platform is set up. Todevelop innovative design experiment projects for college students in order to cultivate students＇ practical practicalability,teamwork spirit and basic scientific research accomplishment,at the same time,to promote the construction oflaboratory itself and the promotion of teachers＇ scientific research ability. Deepen the reform of experimental teaching toachieve the goal of double-win for teachers and students.
