摘　　要：上饶师范学院为贯彻党的"十九大"精神,加强对大学生思想政治教育,依托赣东北浓厚的地域"红色文化"资源优势,传承方志敏爱国、清贫、创造、奉献精神,着力培育大学生的家国情怀,教育当代青年大学生不忘初心,牢记使命,坚定理想信念,强化服务社会的责任意识,以方志敏的人格魅力滋养新时代大学生品性养成,从而实现方志敏精神内核的创造性转换,开拓高校思想政治教育新境界,体现"红色文化"的育人功能。In order to carry out the spirit of 19th CPC National Congress of the Party,Shangrao Noraml Universitystrengthens the ideological and political education for college students.Relying on the strong advantages of regional redcultural resources in Northeast Jiangxi,we can inherit Fang Zhimin＇s patriotic,poor,creative and dedicated spirit.Through the cultivation of the emotion of ＂Family-country＂ of college students,we should educate college students notto give up their original intention and carry their duty so as to strengthen the responsibility consciousness of servicesociety. Through the personality charm of Fang Zhimin which can influence and cultivate the character of collegestudents,we can open up a new realm of ideo - political education in Colleges and Universities and reflect theeducational function of red culture.
