热毒宁和α-1b干扰素联合治疗儿童传染性单核细胞增多症疗效分析

摘　　要：目的讨论传染性单核细胞增多症患儿运用热毒宁联合α-1b干扰素的医治疗效。方法选取该院2017年3月—2018年3月间该院儿科病房收治的108例确诊为传染性单核细胞增多症患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各54例。实验组患儿热毒宁联合α1-b干扰素联合医治,对照组仅用热毒宁医治,比对两组患儿临床医治疗效。结果实验组总有效率90.7%,高于对照组68.5%,两组对比差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=9.45,P<0.05),及热退时间(3.35±0.68)d、颈部淋巴结缩小时间(6.89±0.72)d、白细胞恢复时间(7.67±0.70)d以及住院时间(8.52±0.67)d均较对照组对应时间缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论热毒宁联合α-1b干扰素可缩短传染性单核细胞增多症患儿热退时间、淋巴结缩小时间、白细胞恢复时间及住院时间,医治疗效较好,可作为临床医治措施之一。Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of heat poisoning combined with α-1b interferon in children with infectious mononucleosis. Methods A total of 108 children diagnosed with infectious mononucleosis admitted to the hospital from March 2017 to March 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly divided into experimental group and control group. There were 54 cases in each group. In the experimental group, the children were treated with the combination of Rexin and α-1b interferon. The control group was treated with Resin alone, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.7%, which was higher than that of the control group 68.5%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（χ^2=99.45,P〈0.05）, and the heat withdrawal time （3.35±0.68）d, cervical lymph node reduction time （6.89±0.72）d, white blood cell recovery time （7.67±0.70）d and hospitalization time （8.52±0.67）d were shorter than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Resin combined with α-1b interferon can shorten the heat withdrawal time, lymph node reduction time, white blood cell recovery time and hospitalization time of children with infectious mononucleosis. It has good therapeutic effect and can be used as one of the clinical treatment measures.
