玉屏风颗粒加减联合火针疗法治疗扁平疣100例

摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风颗粒加减联合火针疗法治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法选择该院自2014年8月—2017年8月期间收治的扁平疣患者100例,分组依据患者治疗模式不同为基准。采用玉屏风颗粒加减治疗的50例患者为参照组,采用玉屏风颗粒加减联合火针疗法治疗的50例患者为研究组,最后对其总体治疗效果进行判定。结果经玉屏风颗粒加减联合火针疗法治疗、玉屏风颗粒加减单独治疗后,研究组患者的治疗总有效率(98.0%)明显高于参照组患者的治疗总有效率(84.0%),组间差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.982 9,P=0.014 4)。研究组患者的复发率(2%)较比参照组(16%)更低,组间差异证实后差异有统计学意义(χ~2=6.405,P=0.011 4)。结论扁平疣患者予以玉屏风颗粒加减联合火针疗法治疗,可以获取显著的治疗效果,同时可以降低复发率,可在临床上进一步普及和实践。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yupingfeng granules combined with fire acupuncture for the treatment of flat warts. Methods A total of 100 patients with flat warts treated in the hospital from August 2014 to August 2017 were selected and grouped according to different treatment modes. 50 patients treated with Yupingfeng granules were included in the reference group. 50 patients were treated with Yupingfeng granule plus and minus fire needle therapy as the study group. Finally, the overall treatment effect was determined. Results After treatment with Yupingfeng granules combined with fire acupuncture therapy and Yupingfeng granules were treated with separate treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the study group （98.0%） was significantly higher than that of the reference group （84.0%）. Differences between groups confirmed the difference was statistically signficant（χ^2=5.982 9,P=0.014 4）. The recurrence rate （2%） in the study group was lower than the reference group （16%）, the difference was statistically signficant（χ^2=6.405,P=0.011 4,）. Conclusion The patients with flat warts were treated with Yupingfeng granules combined with fire acupuncture therapy, which can obtain significant therapeutic effects and at the same time can reduce the recurrence rate. It can be further popularized and practiced in clinical practice.
