摘  要:针对集装箱正面吊作业范围广、流动性强、监控难度大的问题,利用"互联网+设备"的理念,借助4G无线网络传输,研究设计集装箱正面吊无线高清视频监控系统。集装箱正面吊无线高清视频监控系统主要由数据采集单元、数据传输单元、远程数据中心和系统应用等4部分组成,通过在集装箱正面吊上安装无线高清视频对动态图像进行实时采集,实现对集装箱正面吊作业全天候、全方位、多层次、多角度的流程控制,优化对集装箱正面吊装卸作业安全过程,促进站段各级安全管理(监控)人员全面提升集装箱正面吊安全管理水平。Reach stackers have gained ground in container handling in most markets because of their flexibility and applicability. But the problem of how to monitor their operation remains. Inspired by the "Internet + equipment" concept, the authors propose a wireless HD video surveillance system based on the 4 G wireless network. Major components of the system include data acquisition unit, data transmission unit, remote data storage and other applications. The surveillance system, which is installed on the front of the containers make it possible to optimize the loading work flow by collecting real-time dynamic images of loading operation from various levels. The new approach is expected to prompt safety managers at all levels to improve their monitoring of their reach stackers.
