摘　　要：从社会心理学的角度分析,认知偏差是产生群体性事件的内在根源,由认知引发的情绪是群体性事件的动机因素,群体的相互作用是群体性事件发生的行为推力,群体性事件中不同类型的参与者各持不同的目的和心态,需因人施策。From the perspective of social psychology, cognitive bias is the intrinsic source of group events. The emotion triggered by cognition is the motive factor of group events. The interaction of groups is the behavior thrust of group events. The different types of participants in group events hold different goals and mindsets, and they need to be analyzed in different ways.
