摘  要:孔容孔径是SCR脱硝催化剂的重要理化指标之一,目前氮吸附法与压汞法是测定该指标最基本的两种方法,利用Micromeritics TriStar II型比表面积分析仪与Quantachrome Pore Master60GT型压汞仪测定SCR脱硝催化剂,可以全面准确地了解其孔容孔径及孔径分布状况。通过试验数据比对及应用实际分析,结果表明,氮吸附法较压汞法更适合对SCR脱硝催化剂的孔结构进行表征。entrance aperture is one of the important physical and chemical indicators of SCR denitration catalyst and the nitrogen adsorption method and mercury intrusion method is the most basic two kinds of methods of determination of the index, the use of Micromeritics TriStar II ratio surface area analyzer and Quantachrome PoreMaster60GT type determination of mercury njection apparatus SCR denitration catalyst, can full and accurate understanding of its entrance pore size and pore size distribution. The results show that the method of nitrogen adsorption is more suitable for the pore structure of SCR denitrifcation catalyst.
