摘  要:非常规气田如致密气和煤层气由于其储量巨大和作为常规天然气良好的替代性得到人们广泛的关注。苏里格气田属非均质性极强的致密岩性的低孔(8.95%)、低渗(0.73md)、低产(1~3万m3/d)、低丰度(1.3×108m^3/km^2)、低饱和度(50~60%)、低压(28MPa)"的"六低"气田,经济有效开发的难度较大。现以苏里格气田苏10井区为载体,以"单井投资最低、能耗最低"的苏里格气田开发先进指标要求,研究出了一个更先进合理的适应"低压、低产"气田的枝上枝地面集输工艺技术。该技术的成功开发与应用,为煤层气田等非常规气田的成功开发提供了一定的技术支持。Unconventional gas felds, such as dense gas and coalbed methane, have attracted much attention because of their huge reserves and good substitution for conventional natural gas. Sulige gas feld is a low porosity(8.95%), low permeability(0.73md), low yield(1 ~ 3× 104m3/d), low abundance(1.3×108m3/km2), low saturation(50~ 60%), low pressure(28MPa) “six low” gas feld with strong heterogeneity and compact lithology, which is diffcult to develop economically and effectively. Taking Su 10 well area of Sulige gas feld as the carrier and taking the advanced development index requirements of Sulige gas feld with the lowest investment and energy consumption of single well as the requirement, a more advanced and reasonable branch surface gathering and transportation technology suitable for low pressure and low production gas feld has been developed. The successful development and application of this technology provides certain technical support for the successful development of unconventional gas felds such as coalbed methane felds.
