摘 要:为提高煤炭资源回收率,延长矿井服务年限,降低回采巷道掘进率,城郊煤矿在21404工作面轨道巷实施柔模混凝土沿空留巷技术,对中厚煤层快速推进情况下沿空巷道的围岩应力分布、变形规律及围岩控制等进行研究。研究结果表明:中厚煤层采用柔模混凝土技术沿空留巷,滞后工作面45m范围为应力集中区,顶板变形剧烈;滞后工作面约25m处应力达到最大值,顶板沉降速度最快;滞后工作面80m以外,顶板沉降趋于稳定。通过对留巷顶板及煤柱帮采取补强支护措施、巷内采取临时支护措施,提高巷道顶板整体强度,可控制上覆岩层离层、减少顶板下沉量。In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources,extend the service life of mine,reduce the tunneling proportion,gob-side entry retaining with flexible-formwork concrete was brought in the haulage gateway of 21404 working face in Chengjiao Coal Mine, to study the stress distribution and deformation properties of surrounding rock and the technology of surrounding rock control of gob-side entry in the case of fast forward of medium-thick coal seam. The results show that,tunneling of medium-thick coal seam is kept by gob-side entry retaining technology with flexible-formwork concrete,stress concentration area locates at the rear of working face within 45 meters,where roof deforms sharply; stress of surrounding rock is the largest at 25 meters at the rear of working face,where roof subsidence rate is fastest; outside behind working face roof 80 meters,the roof is stable. Through taking measures of supplement support for roof and coal pillar,measures of temporary support for roadway retaining,overall strength improvement of roadway roof,the separation and subsidence of overlying strata can be reduced.
