摘  要:为了研究松软不稳定煤层条件下煤壁片帮严重问题,针对策底矿综采面煤壁片帮和端面冒落特征,分析了煤壁片帮的现状和影响因素。研究了煤壁的受力特征,建立其力学模型,探究了煤壁片帮的机理,提出了几种煤壁片帮治理方案,综合对比分析后,采用了以煤壁注马丽散方式为主,优化综采工作面参数为辅助手段的综合防治措施。现场试验结果表明,实施煤壁片帮综合防治措施后,片帮深度超过0.7m的严重片帮完全消除,片帮范围由占工作面总长度约35%降低到5%,片帮发生几率明显降低,保证了工作面正常回采,经济、安全效益得到显著提高。The present situation and influencing factors involved in rib-fall at a fully-mechanized coal mining face in soft and unstable seam were analyzed. The mechanical stress characteristics and the mechanism of rib-fall were modeled.Several kinds of control principles and methods were proposed. After comprehensive comparative analysis,a scheme was determined mainly using the Marithan injection in coal wall and supplemented by parameters optimization of fully mechanized mining face. Field test results show that,after the implementation of comprehensive prevention and control measures of coal wall spalling,serious spalling with a depth over 0. 7 m was completely eliminated,the total length of ribspalling decreased from 35% to 5% of working face,occurrence probability of rib-spalling is significantly reduced,the normal mining of working face was ensured,economic and safety benefits were significantly improved.
