摘　　要：本文结合读者文献传递服务中的经典案例及处理经验,探讨了印度图书馆学家阮冈纳赞提出的"图书馆学五定律"在图书馆文献传递众包服务中的重要指导意义。Based on the classic cases of readers＇ document delivery service and their processing experience,the author discusses the important guiding significance of ＂Five Laws of Library Science ＂ proposed by Indian library scholar Ranganathan in the crowdsourcing service of library document delivery.
