摘　　要：本文从开放获取资源发展情况、"一带一路"开放获取资源利用难点分析及其资源建设具体策略等几个方面,探索高校图书馆"一带一路"开放获取资源建设,为教学、科研和智力服务提供文献资源保障。This paper explores the construction of ＂The Belt and Road＂open access resources in university libraries from several aspects,such as the development of open access resources,the analysis of difficulties in the utilization of ＂The Belt and Road＂open access resources and specific strategies for resource construction,so as to provide literature resource guarantee for teaching,scientific research and intellectual services.
