摘 要:高炉控制系统中,料流调节阀是无料钟炉顶的关键设备之一,对其控制效果的好坏,直接影响高炉的稳定运行。由于料流调节阀运行速度快、控制精度高,只要角度的变化,最终都会影响到上料圈数,从而影响高炉的稳定。特别是在料种变化时,需要频繁变换角度,来满足上料圈数的要求。传统的控制方式是人工手动设定,通常这种控制方式,需要大量的人工劳动。由于操作者的经验等问题,调节效果不好,不能做到快速响应。为了很好的解决这个问题,引入了自学系统,根据不同料种下料圈数的变化,计算出一个与之对应的新的料流开度,然后去控制液压系统执行这个开度,以满足不同料种上料圈数的要求。The adjustment valve of charging material flow set on the bell-less top of a blast furnace is one of impertant equipment in the control system of the blast furnace. It directly influences the production stability of the blast furnace whether the valve is adjusted well. Since the charging material flow runs fast and its rate relies on the opening degree of the valve sensitively. The flow rate determines the number of distributing circles of charging material consequently to influence the production stability of blast furnace. Especially, when the categories of charging material change, the opening degree of the valve needs to change correspondingly to meet the required number of distributing circles of charging material. The opening degree of the valve in a traditional control system is adjusted manually, which needs a lot of manual labor. Furthermore, the traditional manual adjustment method is not good effective and can't respond quickly. Therefore, in order to solve the problems in the traditional control system, a self-compensating system is put into use. According to changes of categories and distributing circle number of charging material, a new opening degree of the valve corresponding to a new charging material flow is calculated and implemented by a hydraulic system so as to meet desirable number .of distributing circles of the new charging material.
