摘  要:通过对废钢斗和铁水罐加盖的改造,铁水预约量和出铜口的优化,吹炼过程使用中焦为提温剂帮助钢水提温,建立静态模型,采用留渣操作和提高生产节奏等措施达到降低铁水消耗的目的.使铁水消耗从原来的970kg/t钢降低至目前890kg/t钢以下。With measures such as scrap hopper improvement, hot metal ladle being capped, optimization of hot metal weight charged into converter, modification of tapping hole, molten steel temperature being increased with medium granular coke added into converter, static model being set up, slag-remining operation and productive rhythm being speeded up, the hot metal consumption per ton of steel decreases from previous 970 kg to present 890 kg or less.
