摘　　要：在冶金机械设备中。大量使用变速传动系统（通常讲的减速机和增速机），变速传动箱是一个密闭的箱体，箱体上的排气装置往往会被人们忽视，排气装置能对箱体内产生的热量和气体、水蒸气排出，同时又避免外部粉尘进入，从而降低了箱体内的温度和产生的气体压力，对各部的零部件、轴承、密封件使用寿命起到保护作用，也避免箱体内产生的水蒸气附着在设备上，造成设备的锈蚀。A speed-changing transmission system usually referred to as speed reducer and speed increaser is used widely in metallurgical mechanical equipment. A speed- changing transmission box is a closed box. Exhaust devices in the box are always neglected. Heat, gas and water vapor generated in the box are exhausted and external dust is prevented from entering to the box through the devices so that temperature and pressure in the box decrease. Various parts, bearings and sealing elements in the box are protected, their service life increases, water vapor generated in the box is prevented from adhering to parts so as to avoid corrosion of parts.
