摘  要:为研究解决斜盘式轴向柱塞泵的压力、流量特性对液压系统产生的脉动现象,本文在介绍斜盘式轴向柱塞泵工作原理和存在问题的基础上,针对斜盘式柱塞泵的柱塞进行了运动学分析,并利用AMESim液压仿真软件建立了单个柱塞运动学模型和整体泵的模型,确定了影响参数,通过反复调试运行以及系统仿真,得出了发动机转速、斜盘倾角、泵出口处容积以及负荷对斜盘式柱塞泵影响规律的相关参数值。该模型将对轴向柱塞泵加快研究进度、解决压力脉动问题上提供参考。This paper is aim to solve the pressure pulsation and flow characteristics of the swashplate axial piston pump, the principle and the existing problems of the swashplate axial piston pump are introduced. The plunger kinematic analysis of the swashplate axial piston pump is carried out, and a single plunger is established by AMESIM. The ilffluenee parameters are determined by the kinematic model and the model of the whole pump. Through repeated eonmfissioning and system sinmlation, the relative parameters are obtained, which ineludes the engine speed, inclined angle, the outlet volume of the pump and the influenee of the load on the swashplate axial piston pump. The model would provide reference for accelerating the research progress and solving the pressure pulsation of axial piston pump.
