摘  要:以某1420 mm五机架冷连轧镀锡基板生产机组为研究对象,利用Marc大型有限元软件平台建立了六辊UCM轧机轧制过程三维非线性仿真模型。通过数值模拟,深入研究了带钢边部减薄的重要影响因素,并系统分析了工作辊弯辊、中间辊弯辊、中间辊横移等板形控制手段对带钢边部减薄的调控特性,从而为辊型优化设计和边部减薄控制提供了理论基础和参考依据。Take the 1420 mm six-high cold tandem mill of producing tin-plate as research object, a three dimensional nonlinear simulation model of the six roll UCM mill rolling process is established based on the Mare finite element software. According to numerical simulation, the important factors of strip edge-drop are researched, and the control characteristics of strip flatness control to strip edge-drop, such as work roll bending, intermediate roll bending and intermediate roll shifting, are analyzed systematically, which provides a theoretical basis and reference for the optimization design of roll profile and strip edge-drop control.
