摘  要:钢管打捆设备在钢管自动化生产线中有着重要作用,新型钢管打捆机械手的应用大大提高了钢管的生产效率,并将废旧钢管裁剪成条状钢带用以钢管包的打捆,极大地降低了生产成本。本文根据对打捆机械手运动学模型分析计算的结果,借助Soilddworks和Adams软件建立了钢管打捆机械手的三维实体模型,并在Adams中编制了各关节的驱动函数。然后在Adams中对打捆机械手模型进行仿真分析,验证了运动学理论推导和结构设计的合理性,并利用仿真后的力学参数为机构进一步的改进设计提供了数据参考,缩短了产品的开发设计周期,使新型打捆机械手得以更快的进入市场。The steel pipe baling equipment play-s an important role in the automatic steel pipe production line. The application of the new steel pipe binding manipulator greatly improves the production efficiency of steel pipe, the used steel pipes is cut into strips for bundling steel tubes, the cost of production has been greatly reduced. Based on the analysis results of the binding manipulator kinematic model, a three-dimensional solid model of steel pipe binding manipulator is established by Soildworks and Adams software, and the driving function of each joint is compiled by Adams. Then the simulation analysis of the binding manipulator model verifies the rationality of kinematics theory derivation and structure design, and provides a data reference for the further improvement design of the mechanism by using the simulated mechanical parameters. So that the cycle of product development and design have been shorten, the new binding manipulator can enter the market faster as well.
