摘 要:设计了一种高铝TRIP钢,研究了不同临界退火处理对力学性能及微观组织的影响。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、背散射电子衍射(EBSD)和X射线衍射(XRD)进行了微观组织精细观察,拉伸试验机测试了力学性能。试验结果表明:试验钢热力学平衡状态下,铁素体+奥氏体两相区温度区间为716~953℃;两相区内随退火温度的升高,抗拉强度呈现逐步增高的趋势,伸长率首先降低而后逐步增高,在820℃为最低值21.5%;经800℃和820℃的退火处理后,微观组织中铁素体量较多,而经840℃和860℃退火处理后,铁素体量降低,晶粒变得细小、弥散,贝氏体与残留奥氏体的含量逐渐增多。Influence of annealing temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of a high aluminum TRIP steel was studied. The microstructure was investigated by means of SEM,EBSD,and XRD technique,and the mechanical properties was tested. The results indicate that the temperature range of the ferrite + austenite dual phase zone is from 716 ℃ to 953 ℃ at equilibrium state. The tensile strength increases with the increasing of annealing temperature,while the elongation decreases at first and then increases,reaching the minimum value of 21. 5% at 820 ℃.The fraction of ferrite is the highest after annealing at 800 ℃ or 820 ℃,but the ferrite fraction decreases after annealing treatment at 840 ℃ or860 ℃,the ferrite grains become finer and dispersed,and the content of bainite and retained austenite increases gradually.
