摘 要:采用扫描电镜(SEM)、冲击试验、硬度测试等方法研究了球化退火工艺对60Si2Cr磨球钢组织和性能的影响。结果表明:淬火前球化退火可使60Si2Cr磨球最终热处理后的组织细化、均匀化。球化退火降低了60Si2Cr磨球钢的淬火开裂倾向,提高了其淬火后的冲击性能,但对硬度影响不大。60Si2Cr材质钢球淬火前球化退火可以提高钢球的平均体积硬度和冲击韧性,进而提高钢球的耐磨性能。Effect of spheroidizing annealing process on microstructure and properties of 60 Si2 Cr grinding ball steel was examined by means of SEM,impact testing machine and Rockwell hardness tester. The results show that spheroidizing annealing before quenching can refine and uniform the microstructure of the 60 Si2 Cr grinding ball steel. The spheroidizing annealing reduces the quenching cracking tendency of the60 Si2 Cr grinding ball steel,improves the impact property of the tested alloy after quenching,however,no significant effect on hardness of the steel is observed. The spheroidizing annealing before quenching can increase the average volume hardness and impact toughness of steel ball,thus improves its wear resistance.
