摘　　要：球磨机是一种把一次粉碎后的物料进行二次粉碎的重型机械设备,尤其是矿山行业经常用球磨机来粉磨矿石。随着球磨机设计经验的积累和技术人员技术水平的提高,人们逐渐开始研发各种大直径球磨机。以MQY5585溢流型球磨机筒体设计为例,通过理论与经验的结合,对筒体设计过程中的注意事项做详细描述,包括筒体焊接前准备工作以及焊后处理工作,为同类大型球磨机筒体设计提供宝贵的实践经验。Ball mill is a kind of heavy mechanical equipmentwhich is used to grind the material after one crushing and thenthe second crushing, especially in the mining industry. With theaccumulation of experience in ball mill design and the improvementof technical personnel, various large diameter ball mills havebeen gradually developed.The design of MQY5585 overflow ballmill cylinder was taken as an example in this paper, through thecombination of theory and experience, the design process of thecylinder was detailed description of the precautions, including thecylinder before welding preparation and post-welding work, forthe same large-scale ball mill cylinder design to provide valuablepractical experience.
