摘  要:风扫磨是研磨钛精矿的主要设备,老式风扫磨系统存在产能低、扬尘严重、能耗高等问题。为此,对风扫磨进行了系统优化,如更改除尘方式为低压脉冲袋除尘、用皮带替代螺旋送料、加大选粉机风量,优化后的风扫磨产能提升66.67%,吨矿能耗降低49.59%,不仅解决了扬尘问题,而且当年即可收回改造投资,经济效益显著,达到了提产、降耗与清洁生产的目的。Air-swept mill is the main equipment of titaniumore grinding. The older air-swept grinding system had lowproductivity, severe dust, high energy consumption. According tothese problems, the system of air-swept grinding was optimized,such as changing dedusting method for low pressure pulse bagdust removal, using cylindrical grinding medium instead of balland increase the air volume of powder concentrator. After systemoptimized, the production capacity of air-swept grinding isincreased by 66.67%, energy consumption of tons of ore is reducedby 49.59%. It solved the problem of dust, but also recoveredthe reconstruction investment in that year and achieved the goalof improving production, reducing consumption and cleaningproduction.
