摘  要:采用200目全部通过的钛精矿与98%的硫酸直接混合,用料浆泵直接经分配器送入酸解罐,减少了酸解罐区的配酸工序,节省了能耗;由于钛精矿的粒度降为200目,提高了球磨机的生产能力;不需要气力输送系统,改为料浆泵输送,改善了因气力输送而引起的环境污染等工艺。The ilmenite of 200-mesh (mesh quantity refersto the mesh quantity in each square inch) that completely passedis used to directly mix with 98 percent of sulfuric acid, which isdirectly fed into the acid hydrolysis tank through the distributor bythe slurry pump, so that the acid distributing process in the acidhydrolysis tank area is reduced, and the energy is saved. As thegranularity of the titanium concentrate is reduced to 200-mesh,therefore, the production capacity of the ball mill is improved. Thepneumatic conveying system is not required, and the slurry pumpis used for conveying, in this way, the environmental pollution etc.caused by pneumatic conveying is reduced.
