摘 要:工业自动化与智能化是我国传统铝电解行业向世界领先水平迈进的又一战略需求。随着槽控机、多功能天车、阳极生产与组装等机械化和自动化的广泛应用,大型铝电解企业的发展方向转向了综合性能与智能化的提高。就近年来研究者们在多功能机组优化控制、多物理场在线监测与槽况诊断等机械自动化和诊断智能化领域所进行的研究与发展进行概述,提出其在我国铝电解行业新工业革命中的重大意义。Process automatization and intellectuality arestrategic requirement in traditional aluminum electrolytic whichis going toward world advanced level. With mechanization andautomatization widely applied in pot controller, multi-functionCrane, anode production and assembly and so on, increase incomprehensive Properties and intellectuality is a new developmenttrend in large aluminum electrolysis enterprises. Research anddevelopment on automatization and intellect diagnosis in threeaspects in recent years is introduced in this article. One isoptimization control in PTM, the other two are on-line monitoringon multi-physical field and diagnosis on cell status. And the greatsignificance of them in the new industrial revolution of aluminumelectrolysis field is also given in this article.
